A vegan cheesey sauce mix, one packet will make 3 cups of creamy cheesey sauce.
Just add rice milk or soya milk, and simmer for 3 minutes. Can be prepared on the stove or in the microwave.
A couple of recipes for you to try....
Bring 4 cups water to the boil in a large pot.
Combine 1 cup polenta and ½ cup Angel Food Cheesey Sauce Mix (1 pack) in a bowl.
Stir into boiling water - simmer, stirring regularly, for 8 to 10 minutes.
Pour into a baking dish or cake tin to set.
When cold, slice and fry or grill or bake.
Serve with... Vegan aioli!
300g firm silken tofu
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic
Lemon juice to taste
