3g sesame seeds
This sugar substitute is obtained from sucrose (normal sugar). It melts between 140°C and 150°C, remains clear and so is ideal for pastry decoration.
Poppy-seasme lollipops recipe.
Sprinkle poppy and seasame seeds over a sheet of cooking paper.
Melt isomalt in a small pan. When the sugar is melted, let it cool down until it becomes syrupy.
Pour onto the plate covered with cooking paper. Then form the desired shape.
Place a wooden pick on each lollipop.
Let it harden for 10 mins.
