Minced Black Truffles will enhance any dish, wonderful when used simply as a dressing for fresh Pasta or salads, mashed with vegetables, or used to create wonderful rich sauces for fish, meat or egg based dishes.
Try beating a jar of our Minced Black Truffles into a Wild Mushroom Risotto to finish, this will make an incredible starter that will be the highlight of any dinner party. Can also try mixing with cream cheese to make amazing canapes !
